慳家又有益@杞子蒸蛋

 



一向認為又平又容易做的菜就未必冇營養,在一本台灣cook book 中看到這款又好看又容易做又有營的好味簡便菜,真係要畀

枸杞子平日可當零食吃,既有明目的作用,亦對在病愈過程中,幫助消除疲勞。

多吃更對抗脂肪肝、血压降低、免疫功能提升都有功效


 


一次出外吃飯,叫了梅菜炸子鷄,吩咐廚房梅菜要分開上。呵呵,只吃了炸子鷄,

炒香的梅菜就打包回家用來拌生菜吃


一邊吃一邊想,人生就是在發霉中不斷的尋着生財之路....








做了胡椒三文魚頭栗米蓮藕湯,也加了一些小花膠

雖然好似東併西搭,但味道可不差,既有甜味之餘也暖胃


內裡有肉有菜,一碗湯一啖飯


便是做GYM後的一個好晚餐







 


平日太清淡,星期天就做个甜豆瓣醬炆豬手




配上海麵及青江菜和着吃也不錯呢

胡椒三文魚頭栗米蓮藕湯,加小花膠sounds very good too. 我煲天麻魚頭都會用三文魚頭架

[版主回覆12/19/2011 00:20:21]兩隻鷄打勻,再加三隻鷄蛋份量的水,將蛋槳加水打勻最少一半分鈡要蛋槳水完全融合再加杞子‧水滾才下wok蒸大概8-10分鐘,come out very smooth
